Programs

Our Future Engineer (FE) program is designed for recent graduates who are interested in professional development within the engineering field. We offer positions in various areas such as Mining, Environmental, Metallurgical, Electrical, Mechanical, and Project Engineering.

The program provides hands-on training in a stimulating and demanding environment, allowing FE's to gain technical expertise. FE's have the opportunity to work on different technical and operational projects based on their engineering discipline through a rotation program. Moreover, we offer professional leadership, mentoring, and educational support to help FE's advance into senior technical and management positions.
